In the summer of 2022, I went on an art trip with a high school in my area with fourteen-plus people including students and adults. We traveled to Paris, Provence, and Barcelona. When the group went to Provence it was beautiful. We got to see the famous lavender fields which Provence is famous for. We also got to go shopping in these cute little shopping towns where I bought my mother a nice dish towel with lavender soap. We went to Parc Guell which was stunning in Barcelona with mosaics everywhere and nature surrounding everything. When you went to Parc Guell it felt as though you were away from reality and immersed in the beauty of the world with trees, animals, flowers, and breathtaking views. After seeing the Parc Guell we walked around the city of Barcelona which was so cool with all the different people around. My friend and I got Paella from the cutest little lunch spot and was the best food I have ever eaten. Once we stopped getting lunch we went and saw the Sagrada Familia which was such an amazing experience seeing such an intricate and breathtaking building. After that whole day, we got to have a nice dinner in the city and watched Flamenco dancing. It was such a cool experience seeing these women and men expressing such creativity beautifully and entertainingly. I could not imagine how to dance like that it looks so interesting. Finally went to the Salvador Dali Museum where we got to see all his amazing and crazy works and have a tour guide tell us about his life before and after as an artist.
