DAY IN MY LIFE: UMW STUDENT
For my visual project, I created a short video highlighting my day as a University of Mary Washington college student. I took .5 photos of different parts of my day then edited them with my phone and the website Canva. I also created a cover image for the beginning of my video. I edited the quality, enhancing the color of the photos I also added text, and cropped the photos. In the end, I imported all of these images and videos into the app TikTok to combine them all and create one video. Using TikTok I also picked a background song to have and once I was done I saved the video through TikTok. My overall goal for this video was to inspire others to create videos like this or similar to these I also wanted any people watching this to be able to hopefully relate to me in any way possible. For the length of this video, I also wanted it to remain short because I feel like people tend to watch these types of videos more if there shorter and they keep you entertained and wanting more; instead of long and overdone videos that a lot of people don’t have the patience for.
